Healing Sessions
During my healing sessions, we embark on a spiritual journey guided by the spirits to help you clear the blockages in your energy centers. This empowering process is called Illumination. I incorporate various modalities such as Reiki, crystal therapy, meditation, chanting and toning, EFT, and more to remove any stagnant energies, perform soul retrieval, and cord cutting.
My goal is to help you restore balance and harmony in your life. Every session is uniquely tailored to your personal needs, guiding you on a path towards inner transformation and growth. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
Sessions are conducted fully clothed in a comfortable and respectful environment where you can relax and let go of any negative energy. You may experience different sensations, such as warmth, coolness, tingling, or pulsing, as we work to release negative energy and make room for new energy.
Through the process of Energy Medicine, we can help you achieve a renewed sense of balance and well-being. The result of our work together may manifest as laughter, tears, coughing, or sneezing, as we release negative energy and make room for new energy.
In the spirit of healing, my dog Margo may join your session, with your permission. She has a unique gift that can inspire us all.

During week two of our program, we will delve into the powerful process of transmutation. We will focus on removing negative energy and replacing it with positive energy to bring you relief. We will explore the shadow aspects holding you back from your true potential. By the end of the session, you will be able to navigate through your day without sourcing from your shadow aspects, resulting in a reduction in pain, depression, and anxiety. Prepare to embark on an enlightening journey that will empower you to live your best life.
During week three, we will focus on the integration of our work. This is where we bring together all the different parts of ourselves and come to a feeling of resolution. It’s a time when we accept and embrace the parts of ourselves that we may have previously hidden and let others see the real us. When we turn our wounds into power sources, we feel hopeful, creative, and inspired. This phase of the journey is incredibly energizing, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us.
During week four, we’ll focus on the powerful theme of release. In this session, we’ll work together to let go of any issue holding you back and help you see things from a higher perspective. Realizing that everything is just as it should be in this moment will fill you with a profound sense of peace, tranquility, and acceptance. You may even sleep better for more extended periods - a truly empowering feeling!
In week five, we focus on standing tall and harnessing our inner strength. When we act from a place of power, we can achieve anything we set our minds to.
The program includes weekly 2-hour sessions with a 30-minute mid-week check-in. Each session will focus on healing and may include a combination of meditation, activities, and rituals. Additionally, homework will be assigned each week, which may include journaling, journeying, meditation, and at least one activity. This program is available both in-person and virtually.
